  • The Website acts solely as an introductory and booking platform between clients ("you") and independent massage therapists.

  • Any massage service is provided directly by the massage therapist, not by us.

  • Each massage therapist is responsible for their own services, conduct, qualifications, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;

4. Bookings

  • We are not liable for any losses arising from cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.

7. Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree that you will:

  • Treat massage therapists with respect and behave appropriately at all times;

  • Not request or engage in any illegal, sexual, or inappropriate services;

  • Not misuse the Website, including attempting to bypass security or submit false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who breach these Terms.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

  • Massage therapy may not be suitable for everyone.

  • You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns directly to the massage therapist.

  • We do not provide medical advice and accept no responsibility for the suitability or outcome of any massage service.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any massage therapist;

10. Insurance and Compliance

Massage therapists advertised on the Website are expected to be experienced masseuses. However, we do not independently verify this and make no guarantees in this regard.

Any refusal of service must be exercised in compliance with applicable UK law, including the Equality Act 2010.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from a massage therapist’s refusal to provide services.
